Rejuvelac is usually consumed straight out of the bottle, but some people prefer mixing it with other juices, such as pomegranate, cranberry, or others (tart juices mix well).  As for its taste, what we hear most often is that it tastes like unsweetened lemonade, liquid unflavored yogurt, or beer.  If one finds the taste unappealing, mixing it is a great way to make it more palatable and provide some extra antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
